Key Responsibilities:
•Greet, engage, and personalize service; anticipate needs and resolve issues quickly.
•Be able to be flexible and work on the floor to serve guests as well as serving guests as the bar.
•Take accurate orders; manage tabs/checks; process payments correctly.
•Deliver drinks/food to spec and on time; maintain station mise en place.
•Keep bar/section spotless: pre-bus, restock, sanitize, and reset.
•Communicate 86s, specials, and guest allergies to the team; follow all H&S standards.
•Contribute to an upbeat, professional atmosphere during sports and live-music events.
Minimum Requirements:
•2 years total experience in either role (bartender or server) in a high-volume restaurant/bar.
•Strong guest-engagement skills; calm under pressure; team-first mindset.
•Confident with POS systems (Aloha or similar), cash handling, and opening/closing procedures.
•Solid product knowledge (cocktails/beer/wine for bartenders; food & beverage pairings for servers).
•Able to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to ~25 lbs; available nights, weekends, and holidays.
