Door No 4 is accepting applications from Caymanians, persons married to Caymanians and Permanent Residents for the position of:

BARTENDER/ FOOD AND BEVERAGE SERVER

Salary range: CI$8-10 per hour plus gratuities.

Door No 4 is a new restaurant/bar at the Grove complex on SMB, with the objective of creating a World Class cocktail bar that will push the boundaries of cocktails and bar culture here in Cayman and around the Caribbean.

We are looking for experienced bartenders and floor staff to join our team who will be able to contribute and help create the cocktails, atmosphere and deliver the service that we aspire to at Door No.4.

Bartenders and floor staff must have the following to apply:

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in cocktail bars or restaurants.
- Strong organizational skills. Preferably should have held the position of Manager at a cocktail bar or restaurant at some point in their career.
- Ability to help train and educate new bartenders or floor staff on our internship program, or help train service on the floor.
- Preferably a background of organizing or competing in cocktail competitions or events.
- Complete knowledge of all classic cocktails as well as new classics and trending cocktails.
- Ability to create a cocktail inspired by the customers likes and dislikes.
- Excellent service skills with the ability to predict the needs and wishes of our guests.
- Excellent communication skills, time management, understanding of POS systems.
- Ability to work in busy environment within a multi-cultural team
