Bartender.

This role encompasses, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:

Prepare and Serve Drinks:
• Accurately mix and prepare a variety of alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and spirits, following standard recipes and customer preferences
• Serve drinks to customers in a timely and professional manner, ensuring accuracy and quality
Provide Excellent Customer Service:
• Greet customers warmly and make them feel welcome
• Engage in friendly conversation with customers, providing recommendations and answering questions about the menu and drinks
• Handle customer requests and complaints promptly and professionally
Manage Inventory:
• Monitor and control inventory levels of alcoholic beverages and supplies
• Place orders for restocking as needed
• Ensure proper storage and handling of all inventory items
Maintain a Safe and Clean Environment:
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all equipment and supplies are readily available
• Follow all safety procedures and regulations, including responsible alcohol service and food safety
• Dispose of waste properly
Process payments:
• Accurately handle cash, credit card, and other payment methods
• Ring up sales and provide receipts to customers
• Follow cash handling procedures to prevent theft and loss

Additional Responsibilities
• Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; and complete safety training and certifications
• Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets
• Speak with others using clear and professional language
• Read and visually verify information in a variety of formats
• Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period or for an entire work shift
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance and objects weighing in excess of 50 pounds with assistance
• Grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of varying size and weight, requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination
• Move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces as well as up and down stairs and/or service ramps
• Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping

Qualifications
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Bartender or similar role in a similar establishment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math skills for handling payments and calculations
• Available to work flexible hours, including on Public holidays, weekends and evenings
