• Oversee daily bar operations and ensure exceptional guest service
• Prepare cocktails and beverages to recipe, quality and presentation standards
• Develop and maintain cocktail/drinks menus, including signature creations
• Train and guide bar staff on drink preparation, recipes, service and bar standards
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, garnishes and mixology techniques
• Manage bar stock, inventory, ordering and waste control
• Ensure proper bar setup, closing, cleanliness and organization
• Operate POS system and ensure accurate handling of guest transactions
• Maintain consistent beverage quality, portion control and service standards
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, sanitation and responsible alcohol-service standards
• Assist with hosting, food running, catering and general team support as required
• Strong leadership, communication, teamwork and customer-service skills
• Experienced, reliable, organized and able to work effectively under pressure
• Professional, self-motivated and adaptable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
