The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee, espresso-based beverages, teas, and other specialty drinks while ensuring excellent presentation and consistency. The Barista will provide outstanding customer service, create a welcoming atmosphere for guests, and contribute to the smooth daily operation of the café.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based beverages, teas, smoothies, and other menu items according to established recipes and quality standards.
• Greet customers, take orders accurately, and process payments using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Recommend menu items and assist customers with beverage selections.
• Ensure beverages are prepared efficiently while maintaining consistency and presentation standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station, equipment, and customer service areas.
• Operate, clean, and maintain espresso machines, coffee grinders, and other café equipment.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking supplies as needed.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and health regulations at all times.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure efficient service during busy periods.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning, stocking, and cash handling procedures.
• Maintain a professional appearance and deliver exceptional customer service at all times.

Requirements:
• Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar café or hospitality role is required (1-2 years)
• Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques, espresso extraction, milk steaming, and beverage presentation.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Experience operating a POS system and handling cash transactions.
• Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and shifts as required.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Salary Range:
• Minimum salary $10 ci
• Maximum salary $12 ci
