NOW HIRING: AUTOMOTIVE TECHNICIAN (TRANSMISSION & HEAVY DUTY)

Vampt Motors is expanding and looking for a high-performing Vehicle Technicians with proven expertise in transmission systems and heavy-duty vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance independently.
• Complete inspections and service work to manufacturer standards.
• Diagnose drivability, electrical, HVAC, suspension, steering, and brake/ABS issues and other technical services required.
• Service and repair EV/HEV systems.
• Use factory diagnostic tools.
• Follow all safety, environmental, and compliance procedures.
• Maintain accurate repair documentation.

Key Requirements:
• Factory trained automotive technicians with 5+ years’ experience in heavy duty, transmission, auto electrical, EV, and HEV systems.
• Skilled with oscilloscopes, Ford IDS, and Toyota GTS, and other factory diagnostic tools.
• Certified technician qualifications (must be verifiable).
• Ford and Toyota certifications in electrical systems, hybrid, and EV technologies are an advantage.
• Strong diagnostic and problem solving ability.
• Computer literate: CDK experience is an asset.
• Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced workshop.
• Resilient under pressure with a strong work ethic.
• Willingness to go above and beyond to meet operational demands.
• Must provide contactable references.

Compensation & Benefits:
• Competitive pay: $18 – $25 per hour (based on experience and capability)
