We are seeking a reliable and skilled Mechanic/Driver to maintain and repair our company vehicles while safely transporting clients on scheduled tours and excursions.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine servicing, inspections, and preventative maintenance.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues.
- Perform oil changes, brake repairs, tire changes, and general maintenance.
- Troubleshoot engine, transmission, suspension, steering, and braking systems.
- Safely drive tour buses and company vehicles to transport clients professionally.
- Provide basic commentary on local sights and attractions.
- Follow all safety regulations, traffic laws, and company policies.
Requirements:
- Proven mechanical experience, preferably with buses or heavy-duty vehicles.
- Knowledge of automotive/diesel systems and mechanical repairs.
- Valid Group 4 license, or willingness to obtain one.
- Clear and valid police record.
- Willingness to sit the Public Transport License examination.
- Good knowledge of the Cayman Islands.
