Our company Precision Tech Ltd. specializes in Hybrid Electric Vehicles (HEVs), Electric Vehicles (EVs), and conventional petrol/diesel systems. We are seeking a highly skilled Auto Body Repair Person with 10+ years of hands-on experience to join our fast-paced workshop. In this critical role, you will restore vehicles to pristine condition handling everything from cosmetic touch-ups to complex collision repairs across a wide variety of makes and models.

Key Responsibilities
• Inspection & Diagnostics: Inspect incoming vehicles to accurately identify body damage, frame concerns, and mechanical issues, determining the necessary scope of repair
• Collision & Body Repair: Repair and restore damaged body panels, bumpers, doors, and exterior components to manufacturer and safety standards
• Surface Preparation: Prepare vehicle surfaces for refinishing through precise sanding, filling, priming, and smoothing
• Painting & Refinishing: Perform expert vehicle painting and color matching, conducting thorough quality checks for a flawless finish.
• Part Replacement & Mechanical Support: Remove, replace, and reinstall components as required, while occasionally assisting with general mechanical diagnosis and repairs
• Inventory & Communication: Identify required parts, materials, and supplies, communicating job requirements clearly to workshop management
• Safety & Quality Control: Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy shop equipment safely, ensuring all completed work meets high standards for fit, function, and appearance
• Demonstrates clear, respectful, and professional communication with both clients and staff
• Work under pressure, handle stressful situations and maintain flexibility
• Ability to work after hours, over weekends and on public holidays with short or no notice if emergency
Required Qualifications & Experience:
• Experience: 10+ years of dedicated, hands on experience in vehicle bodywork, collision repair, refinishing, and general automotive repair
• Technical Mastery: Proven proficiency in repairing diverse makes and models independently
• Workshop Proficiency: Strong command of automotive hand tools, power tools, and specialized workshop equipment
• Attention to Detail: A commitment to safety compliance and delivering showroom-quality finishes
• Familiarity with international manufacturer standards and practices
• Clean Police Record and valid CI Driver’s license
