AUTOBODY REPAIRMAN.

Vampt Motors, a reputable automotive dealership is seeking an experienced Autobody Repairman to perform professional vehicle body and frame repairs and restore damaged vehicles to factory specifications.

Key Duties
• Inspect vehicle damage and complete body and frame repairs.
• Remove, replace, weld, straighten, align, grind and sand damaged components.
• Prepare vehicles for painting, mix and apply Glasurit paint, and complete vehicle detailing.
• Identify additional repairs and report them to the Shop Foreman.
• Use approved diagnostic equipment to assist with troubleshooting.
• Complete repair orders accurately, efficiently and within required timeframes.
• Maintain quality standards, personal tools and a clean, safe work area.
• Work cooperatively with the Body Shop team and assist with mentoring when required.

Required Qualifications & Experience
• Minimum 5 years' experience in auto body and frame repairs, vehicle painting and detailing.
• Training and experience in mixing and applying Glasurit paint.
• Experience using frame machines, welding equipment, and body repair tools.
• Knowledge of factory-authorized electronic diagnostic equipment.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work in a physically demanding environment.
• Valid driver's license and clean police record.
• Computer literate; CDK experience is an asset.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Salary: CI$18.00–CI$22.00 per hour, commensurate with experience
