Duties include, but are not limited to:
*Restoring vehicles to their original condition following damage.
*Straightening and aligning vehicle frames.
*Sanding, priming, and preparing vehicle surfaces.
*Repairing or replacing windshields, windows, bumpers, trim, and other damaged components.
*Dismantling and reassembling damaged vehicles.
*Conducting structural assessments and identifying required repairs.
*Sourcing, fitting, and installing replacement parts.
*Performing rust treatment and corrosion prevention.
*Maintaining, calibrating, and safely operating tools and equipment.
*Managing parts and materials inventory.
*Maintaining accurate and up-to-date repair and service records.
*Ensuring compliance with applicable health, safety, and environmental regulations.
*Assisting with the training and supervision of junior staff, where required.
*Performing any additional duties reasonably assigned in accordance with operational and business needs
