Botanica is seeking to hire a reliable Attendant to join our support team for our 15 luxury cottages and other properties.

Attendant duties include maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of operational areas, monitoring product inventories and requesting necessary stocks and equipment, escalating concerns to the management for immediate resolution, and conducting basic maintenance services for the property (cleaning bicycles, snorkel gear, and beach chairs).

The responsibilities:
Take inventory at the warehouse and property of available products.
Move stock into and out of the warehouse and to the property.
Maintain a clean reception and pool area.
Provide cleaning and basic maintenance of guest equipment (cleaning bicycles, snorkel gear, and beach chairs).
Escalate customer complaints to the site manager when appropriate.
Monitor linen inventory.
Provide housekeeping support as needed

Necessary qualifications:
Must have industry qualifications and 5 years of experience in a luxury accommodation space
Decision-making and problem-solving with composure and a positive attitude.
A strong work ethic and strict attention to detail.
Can work independently and unsupervised.
Trustworthy
Strong time management skills.
Comfortable with problem-solving and multitasking.
Must have own vehicle and a valid driver's license.
Able to report to work on short notice.

45 hours per week, but understand that late nights, weekends, and holidays are also a part of the job.
