HOUSEMAN.

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and service-oriented Houseman to support our housekeeping and front office teams. The ideal candidate will help maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety throughout guest rooms, corridors, common areas, housekeeping storage areas, and other assigned spaces.

The Houseman will also assist guests and team members as needed while maintaining a professional and welcoming attitude at all times.

Duties & Responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest rooms and common areas.
Clean floors, carpets, surfaces, storage areas, and linen closets.
Remove trash and used linen and restock supplies.
Safely operate and maintain housekeeping equipment.
Report damages, maintenance issues, and safety concerns.
Handle lost and found items according to company procedures.
Assist housekeeping, Front Desk, and other team members as needed.
Provide guests with professional assistance and general hotel information.
Assist guests with luggage and local directions when required.
Follow all company, safety, sanitation, and housekeeping procedures.
Maintain a professional and courteous attitude.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications
3-4 Years of Experience; housekeeping, hotel, hospitality, or customer service skills
Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation procedures.
Ability to safely operate housekeeping equipment.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physically fit and able to lift, bend, push, pull, and carry supplies.
Flexible to work weekends and holidays.
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
Professional and discreet when handling guest and property information.
Clean Police Record.
