Summary: We are looking for a skilled Microsoft Developer & Data Analyst who is proficient in designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions using Microsoft Power BI and Power Automate. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of data analytics, visualization best practices, process automation and the ability to transform complex data into actionable insights. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design effective data models, and create compelling dashboards and reports.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Data Analysis:
• Analyze and understand business requirements to develop effective data models and visualizations.
• Utilize data analytics techniques to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decision-making.

Power BI Development:
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that meet business objectives.
• Implement data transformations, DAX calculations, and other advanced features to enhance data visualization.

Power Automate Development:
• Working with stakeholders to understand their needs and identify solutions.
• Design and develop automated processes, workflows, and APIs using Microsoft Power Automate.

Performance Optimization:
• Optimize Power BI reports and dashboards for performance, ensuring responsiveness and user-friendly experience.

Collaboration:
• Work closely with stakeholders, including business teams and decision-makers, to understand their information needs and deliver solutions that meet expectations.

Documentation:
• Document data models, report designs, and data transformation processes to ensure knowledge transfer and maintainability.

Training and Support:
• Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective utilization of Power BI dashboards and reports.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Power BI Developer with a strong emphasis on data analytics.
• Established experience as a Power Automate Developer
• Proficient in Microsoft Power BI, DAX, and data visualization best practices.
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases.
• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
