Construction related degree qualifications and 20+ years post-grad experience in chartered quantity surveying, construction and development appraisals, pre and post-contract cost and contract administration services, analysing/reviews/making recommendations, hands-on management role in creating strategies, feasibility studies, cost management and all construction related multiplicities throughout the Caribbean. Extensive experience and knowledge of construction related measurement software – Quantity Take-Off, PlanSwift, AutoCAD. Must be a member of the Royal Institutions of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). Must have valid driver's license.
