Assistant Financial Controller.

Qualified candidates are invited to apply for the position of Assistant Financial Controller.

SWP is looking for a highly motivated and detail orientated individual to join our Cayman-based team and add to our continuously growing company. The following details outline the key responsibilities and qualification requirements for this position:

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, in compliance with GAAP/IFRS.
• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, payables and receivables, general ledger, and reconciliations for various entities within the Group.
• Perform financial analysis & provide detailed reports to support decision-making.
• Develop and utilize AI tools to enhance financial processes and analysis.
• Coordinate and support the audit process, maintaining accurate and thorough documentation.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities.
• Ensure internal controls are developed, implemented and adhered to, in order to mitigate financial risks.
• Monitor inventory and its hedging.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and enhance overall business performance.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field.
• CPA or other relevant certification required.
• Minimum of 3 years’ post-qualification experience in a similar role or audit field.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of AI tools and their application in financial analysis.
• Knowledge of cryptocurrencies and their platforms.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• We offer a competitive annual salary range of USD $62,000 – USD $75,000 and profit share.
