Meraki Wellness is seeking an experienced Assistant Cook to join our culinary team, delivering health-focused, beautifully presented cuisine within our luxury wellness café, bespoke events and VIP dining experiences.
The successful candidate will have 5+ years’ culinary experience, ideally in a luxury, wellness, or health-conscious environment, with strong knowledge of wellness cuisine, plant-based cooking,** and specialist dietary requirements**.
Candidates should demonstrate excellent food preparation and presentation skills, sound knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards, strong organisational ability, and experience supporting and training kitchen team members.
Experience with VIP dining, bespoke event catering, farm-to-table concepts and sustainable sourcing is desirable.
Applicants must provide a current CV and details of relevant culinary qualifications and experience.
