• Employee will be responsible for food preparation, kitchen cleanliness and uniform upkeep.
• Proper usage of basic kitchen equipment including but not limited to ovens, commercial dishwasher, blender, knives, chemicals and cleaning equipment.
• Experience cooking in busy kitchen
• Assist with inventory and stock control
• Quality and portion control
• Candidate is required to work a flexible schedule including split shifts, late nights, weekends, and public holidays.
• Clear Police Clearance is required.
• The employer reserves the right to conduct random drug testing.
• Benefits are paid according to Cayman Islands Law.
