TOUR BUS DRIVER.

The Tour Bus Driver plays a key role in delivering safe, enjoyable, and memorable experiences for visitors exploring Grand Cayman. This position combines professional driving, guest service, and knowledgeable tour commentary to represent Cay Tours with pride and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
• Safe Transportation — Operate tour buses safely across designated routes while adhering to Cayman Islands traffic laws and company safety protocols.
• Guest Experience — Provide friendly, informative, and engaging commentary about local attractions, culture, and history.
• Vehicle Inspection — Conduct pre trip and post trip inspections to ensure the bus is clean, safe, and fully operational.
• Time Management — Maintain punctual tour schedules and coordinate with dispatch and tour guides as needed.
• Customer Assistance — Assist passengers with boarding, seating, luggage, and special needs.
Qualifications
• Valid Cayman Islands Group 4 Driver’s License
• Clean driving record with strong safety awareness
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to provide clear, engaging commentary to diverse groups
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays and cruise ship days
• Prior tour or commercial driving experience is an asset but not required
Compensation & Benefits
• Starting pay: 10.00 KYD per hour
