RWF&I is seeking an experienced, reliable, and motivated Sales Design Associate to apply their expertise in sales, design, and business-related functions to support the company’s continued growth. The role involves conducting market research, evaluating products and services, developing design solutions, managing projects, preparing cost estimates, quotations and client presentations, and supporting the end-to-end sales process. Flexibility is essential, as client appointments and project requirements may be dependent on client schedules. The position requires a high degree of autonomy, initiative, organisation, and sound judgment, with the ability to make daily decisions within the standards established by Management.

Responsibilities include: assisting with design concepts and product research; keeping current with design trends and industry developments; preparing client presentations, proposals, quotations, and project documentation; managing the sales pipeline and coordinating projects from client requirements through procurement and completion; liaising with clients, vendors, and internal teams regarding pricing, specifications, samples, availability, orders, and delivery schedules; following up with vendors to ensure timely project execution; maintaining accurate records using design software, QuickBooks, Microsoft Outlook, and other business systems; assisting with showroom displays; and performing other duties and special projects as required.

Applicants must have: a Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 4 years’ experience in Sales Design or a related field. Certification or formal training in Design and Design Architecture software, with strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, Enscape, Lumion, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator, is required. Knowledge of QuickBooks, Microsoft Outlook, and other business systems is also required. Excellent organisational and communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure are essential. Applicants must be proactive, dependable, resourceful, and willing to take initiative and go the extra mile when required, particularly within a small-business environment with limited staff.
