SPA ATTENDANT/CLEANER.

Golden Hands Ltd, trading as Zen Garden Spa, is seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused spa attendant/cleaner. The applicant will be working 20 hours per week including holidays and weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist clients in a professional and courteous manner.
Inform guests about available spa services, treatments, and retail products, providing recommendations based on their stated needs.
Answer phone inquiries and schedule client appointments, managing the booking system to optimize the daily schedule for all spa practitioners.
Conduct regular inventory counts of spa amenities and professional products, preparing orders to maintain adequate stock levels.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout the spa, including treatment rooms, reception areas, restrooms, and common areas.
Clean and sanitize floors, surfaces, furniture, equipment, and other spa facilities.
Prepare and replenish towels, linens, toiletries, cleaning supplies, and other guest amenities.
Collect, sort, and properly dispose of waste and used linens.
Assist with laundry, including washing, drying, folding, and storing towels and linens.
Monitor cleaning supplies and report maintenance, safety, or supply issues to management.
Assist with maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for clients and staff.
Follow established health, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in cleaning, housekeeping, hospitality, or a similar environment preferred.
Knowledge of proper cleaning and sanitation procedures.
Ability to safely use cleaning products and equipment.
Physically able to stand for extended periods, bend, lift, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks.
Reliable, punctual, hardworking, and detail oriented.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Professional, courteous, and respectful manner when interacting with clients and staff.
Willingness to work weekends and public holidays.
Clean Police Clearance/Police Record.
