Sales Representative.

C N EWERS & CO. LTD T/A UNCLE CLEMS MEAT & GROCERY are looking for an experienced, motivated, and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with external customers, identifying sales opportunities, negotiating pricing and terms, and achieving sales targets.

Duties & Responsibilities
Manage customer relationships and develop new business opportunities.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and sales terms.
Monitor sales performance and meet sales targets.
Develop strategies to increase sales and customer retention.
Maintain customer records, quotes, proposals, and sales reports.
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
Coordinate orders and deliveries with internal departments.
Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
Present products and solutions to customers.
Manage multiple accounts and sales activities.
Travel to customer locations and attend meetings as required.
Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and strong customer service.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Associate’s degree or higher in Business, Hospitality, Supply Chain, or a related field. Applicants without associate degree but with 3 years' experience in sales preferably in food service may apply.
Strong knowledge of food service, grocery products, equipment, and supplies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office; QuickBooks preferred.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Valid driver’s license required.
