• Hands on experience in all of residential and commercial construction, including remodeling, renovations and leasing.
• Liaise with staffs, suppliers, planning officers and subcontractors.
• Ability to complete construction projects according to client specifications and meeting building code requirements.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, processes and equipment.
• Experienced in contract negotiations, contract administration, and management of contracts.
• Coordinate and construct according to the Architect and Engineers specifications
• Project planning for various projects involved
• Conduct meeting with Architects, Engineers, Consultants and Labors
• Oversee the construction process by the subcontractors and labor
• Material and cost estimation of the project
