Summary:
The ultimate goal of the Server Team Member is to create “Raving Fans!”. You will be responsible for a wide variety of tasks all to be performed with the sole purpose of exceeding customer expectations. You will be given responsibility for assuring the highest quality of customer service, and for assuring the best dining experience for each and every guest.
Responsibilities:
We serve fantastic drinks and food -- and we do it in a bright, clean, friendly, and fun place. To do this, everyone here will work as a team. Each member of the team is dedicated to outstanding service. You will develop new skills always working towards the goal of improving the service to our customers. The following is a list of the work areas and types of jobs for which you may be responsible:
• Serving customers and solving all types of customer needs politely and pleasantly
• Announcing and “selling” our daily specials when applicable to each and every gu
