Friendly, experienced bartender/Server required with excellent customer service and entertainment skills. Duties include preparing drinks, serving in the buffet and a la carte restaurant outlets for breakfast, lunch and dinner service, general food service, monitoring sales, inventory and cost control, as well as assisting with promotions and theme nights. Micros Symphony experience preferred
From time to time may be required to assist with minor food preparation.
Clean kitchen utensils, glassware, dishes, dinnerware and cleaning kitchen areas.
5+ years’ experience in a similar position required
Prospective Candidates should be presentable, outgoing, able to work unsupervised but excel at teamwork. All positions are Full time, up to 45 hours per week
Positions may be required based on operational needs to work at either Cayman Brac Beach Resort or Little Cayman Beach Resort locations. This role is primarily based in Cayman Brac.
