Mykonos is seeking an experienced and service-oriented Server to join its team in Seven Mile Beach. The successful candidate will provide attentive and knowledgeable service throughout the guest experience, including greeting guests, presenting menus, accurately taking and serving food and beverage orders, monitoring tables, and responding promptly to guest requests.

Responsibilities include setting and resetting tables, coordinating with service and culinary teams, maintaining cleanliness and presentation of service areas, polishing glassware and cutlery, and completing opening and closing duties. The Server will also assist with private dining functions, special events, and busy service periods.

Applicants must have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, strong food and beverage knowledge, and knowledge of wine and beverages. POS experience is preferred, and relevant certifications are an advantage. Applicants must be willing and available to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required by the business. Weekend and public holiday work is a mandatory requirement of the position.

Salary: USD $8 per hour, paid bi-weekly, plus gratuities. Full-time.
