The Opportunity
We are looking for a highly experienced, solutions-oriented Senior Vice President to drive global transformation initiatives and act as a strategic partner to key clients within the Global Entity Services team, which is part of our financial services business in Grand Cayman.
The Cayman Islands is home to our global headquarters and where the Maples Group first established operations in the 1960s. Since then we have grown to become one of the largest employers in Cayman, where colleagues from all over the world collaborate to deliver best-in-class solutions to clients worldwide.
As part of our Cayman team you will:
• Lead business process analysis and design initiatives, analyze legacy processes and define future-state workflows that align with business and regulatory requirements;
• Serve as a trusted advisor to high-value clients, understanding their specific needs and translating them into actionable system/process improvements;
• Perform detailed data analysis to identify irregularities and improve transparency, accuracy, and reporting efficiency;
• Act as a bridge between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, translating requirements into system enhancements, templates, reports, and workflows;
• Collaborate with client teams and internal stakeholders to deliver billing improvements, data accuracy; and
• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures, process documentation, and training materials, and deliver tailored training sessions, process walkthroughs, and system demos to client stakeholders.

• The ideal candidate must be a strong communicator with the ability to build trust quickly with clients and internal stakeholders and deliver practical, compliant, and future-focused solutions.
• The individual must also be a self- starter who works well within a team, is energized by a continuous learning environment, is responsive and adaptable to the changing needs of both the clients and the business and possesses an ability to work well under the pressure of deadlines.
• The individual must have experience in overseeing the continuous system enhancements and/or implementation of global entity management, billing or workflow system, including evaluation, data mapping, roll-out and support.
• The individual must have proven ability to engage directly with clients, understand their challenges, and deliver high-impact solutions.
• The individual must be willing to adjust hours to accommodate our global teams and client time-zones.
• The individual must have strong business process mapping and documentation skills, with experience in tools such as Visio, Balsamiq, Power BI, Jira, Azure DevOps.
• Strong Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat DC proficiency
• Strong written and verbal skills are required;
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems or a related discipline
• Minimum 10 years' experience leading business transformation, operational excellence, technology enablement or process improvement initiatives within a global professional services organisation.
• Professional accounting qualification (CPA, CA, ACCA or equivalent) and/or significant experience in financial or professional services environment
• Proven ability to partner with senior stakeholders and clients to define strategic roadmaps, drive business process transformation and deliver measurable operational improvements.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams spanning business, technology and project delivery functions.
• Agile, Scrum Product Owner, Business Analysis, Project Management (Prince2) or equivalent transformation qualifications are advantageous but not essential
