What will your typical day look like?
As a Business Operations Administrator, you will help create a welcoming, organized, and efficient workplace experience for our people, clients, and visitors. From coordinating office support, to assisting with vendors, courier needs, supplies, and facilities requests, you will learn how the day-to-day operations of a professional services firm come together. This is a varied, people-focused role where no two days are the same, and where your attention to detail, positive attitude, and willingness to learn will make a real difference.
You can expect to:
• Help ensure the office is ready each day by supporting opening and closing routines, safety checks, and general workplace coordination
• Welcome visitors and support smooth courier, delivery, and visitor management processes
• Assist with finance and administration processes, including petty cash, records, and tracking documents
• Coordinate with vendors, manage office supplies, and help keep key workplace systems organized and up to date
• Support meetings, internal communications, reporting, and special projects while building your professional skills
About the team:
Our Business Operations team is at the center of how Deloitte works every day. We provide practical, professional support that helps our people do their best work and ensures our office runs smoothly. As part of this team, you will work with colleagues who can help you learn, grow, and understand how different parts of the business connect across the Cayman Islands and the wider Caribbean and Bermuda region.
You are someone with:
• A high school diploma or degree, with an interest in starting a professional role and learning about business operations
• Customer service, office support, property, or facilities coordination experience would be preferred
• Organizational skills and comfort communicating with a variety of stakeholders in a professional setting,
• Flexibility in work hours to support events, deadlines, or office projects outside regular hours when needed
• Comfort being active during the workday, including moving around the office, climbing stairs and ladders to organize storage cabinets, managing supplies, and lifting items as needed
• Training in workplace safety such as first aid and fire safety, or a willingness to complete required training
• A clean driver’s license

The incumbent will perform the essential functions of this full-time role under normal working conditions, which include a professional office environment at the Deloitte office in Camana Bay. This entails working during standard business hours (minimum 37.5 hours per week) with access to all necessary tools and resources to perform their duties effectively. Flexibility is required to work outside of regular hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet deadlines, address urgent matters, and coordinate with colleagues in different time zones.
A comprehensive remuneration package is being offered with excellent benefits, including health insurance, group life and disability insurance, well-being subsidy, professional development allowance, and access to Employee Assistance Programs (“EAP”), and a salary in the range of US$50,000 to US$60,000 depending on experience and ability.
