Operations Supervisor.

Mail Boxes Etc. is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations across our Camana Bay and Harbour Walk locations, supporting team performance, business growth and service excellence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee daily operations
- Lead, train and develop staff
- Set and monitor sales and performance targets
- Support sales and marketing initiatives
- Monitor expenses and workflows
- Drive revenue, profitability and customer retention
- Develop customer relationships
- Resolve escalated customer matters
- Ensure company standards are maintained.

REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 5 years' supervisory experience in operations and/or sales
- Proven team management and development experience
- Strong commercial awareness
- Excellent communication, customer service, organisational and time management skills
- Ability to manage priorities across multiple locations
- Microsoft Excel and POS/invoicing/reporting systems proficiency
- Must have a valid driver's license & car;
- Able to work 45 hours per week; Must be willing to work on Saturdays.

SALARY & BENEFITS
CI$2,800 - $3,200 per month + discretionary performance bonus.
2 weeks' annual vacation, health insurance and pension.
