SENIOR RETAIL SALES ASSOCIATE-JEWELRY.

Job Description & Strict Requirements: Elevate high-end luxury clienteling to exceed strict sales targets. Oversee morning staging, evening vaulting, keyholding, and inventory audits while mentoring junior staff. Must possess expert technical product knowledge of metals, rare gemstones, and high-complication watch movements.
High School Degree required or higher with proven Marketing/Sales Management experience preferred.
7-8 years of specialized luxury jewelry, retail diamond/gemstone sales, and VIP clienteling required.
Proven top-tier consultative sales track record, stock control management, team leadership, strategic problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration needed.
Relevant industry certification (GIA Graduate Gemologist, DCA, or equivalent) strongly preferred. Highly proficient in luxury watch mechanics (complications, sizing, battery service) and expert on-site jewelry restoration/polishing.
Advanced hands-on expertise with Magic Jewel, Edge, and QuickBooks POS systems is highly preferred.
Flexible schedule and weekend availability required.
Candidates must pass a written assessment on advanced gemology, sales strategy, and product expertise held before candidate selection at the store.
