The Role

We're looking for a bright, personable, and organised Sales Associate to join our small Cayman team. This is a hands-on retail role where no two days are the same — one day you'll be styling a customer for a special occasion, the next you'll be receiving stock, updating the website, or creating content for our social channels.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Duties include, but are not limited to:

1. Delivering exceptional customer service on the shop floor, handling orders and customer queries, and completing sales including packing, wrapping, and arranging shipping.
2. Inventory management — restocking, counting, and maintaining accuracy across the website and POS system.
3. Ensuring high standards of customer satisfaction in-store, online, and at events.
4. Maintaining outstanding store presentation and visual merchandising.
5. Evaluating sales performance and contributing to buying and reorder recommendations.
6. Supporting the maintenance and improvement of the TABS Cayman website.
7. Creating, uploading, and managing social media content across all platforms.
8. Assisting with photo shoots and events as required.
9. Supporting special projects as directed by the Store Manager.

Qualifications and Requirements

• High School Diploma (minimum); further education an advantage
• 3+ years of retail or customer service experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Basic administration, POS, and website skills
• Attention to detail and precision with inventory and cash handling
• Self-motivated, quick learner, and comfortable multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
