Senior Manager, Advisory.

This is a leadership role within our Advisory practice, and we are looking for people with proven Senior Manager experience leading teams in performing internal audits on a high volume of clients within the financial services industry. The role includes the following responsibilities:
Working with the other Senior Managers, Partners and Directors on allocations, resourceing, people and clients.
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, serving as a trusted advisor.
Managing a portfolio of client engagements which will include maintaining the client relationship and execution of quality work in a timely manner to meet client needs.
Contributing towards managing the firm’s business, either through developing people or processes.
Driving new business by involving yourself in firm-wide business development activities and developing your own personal relationships and networks within the industry.
Qualification Requirements:
We are looking for a fully qualified Institute of Internal Auditors Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) with 8+ years relevant experience in addition to:
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a business-related field, or CIA is required.
• Proficient in English (verbal and written).
• 8+ years manager experience in a medium to large professional services firm.
• Senior audit engagements in the financial services industry, including IT and/or cybersecurity audits with an understanding of practical industry regulations and standards such as Sarbanes—Oxley, ISO27000.
