Senior Associate.

Mourant is seeking to recruit a Senior Associate to join its Cayman Islands practice.

Mourant invites applications for Senior Associates in our Litigation and Finance & Corporate teams.

Senior Associate – 5 years' relevant post qualification experience at a leading law firm.
Successful candidates must have a strong academic record, proven experience advising and acting on multi-jurisdictional matters, strong drafting, reviewing and negotiation skills, excellent inter-personal and presentation skills and a proven ability to provide rapid, accurate advice to clients including major financial institutions, regulators, and high-net-worth individuals.

Candidates will be expected to:
• Contribute to the growth of the practice
• Advise clients on a broad range of matters
• Take an active role in business development
• Supervise junior attorneys and trainees
• Be a Cayman Islands Admitted Attorney or eligible to be admitted as one

Requirements:
Years of Experience
5-6 years

Education Requirement:
Bachelor´s Degree

Compensation will be in the range of USD$185,000 – USD$250,000 and will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Work Hours: 160+ hours per month

Preference will be given to Caymanians, Permanent Residents, and RERC Holders.
