Counsel- Finance & Corporate.

We're looking for a qualified lawyer to join our Finance and Corporate team as Counsel in our Cayman office. Experience, skill & technical knowledge required:

• Must be a Cayman Islands Admitted Attorney or eligible to be admitted
• Minimum 9 years' relevant post-qualification experience acting on finance and corporate related matters at a leading law firm
• Strong academic background
• Proven experience advising and acting on high-value transactions in relevant areas such as leveraged & acquisition finance, structured finance and mergers and acquisitions, fund finance, financial restructuring, joint ventures, IPOs, banking, and/or regulatory issues with an emphasis on multi-jurisdictional cross-border transactions
• Demonstrated business-building ability, with strong cross-selling and networking skills
• Strong drafting, reviewing and negotiation skills
• Excellent inter-personal and presentation skills
• Ability to provide rapid, accurate advice to clients including major financial institutions, regulators, and high net worth individuals among others.
