Associate - Litigation.

We are seeking a motivated Associate to join our Dispute Resolution team. In this role, you will assist on a range of commercial litigation and insolvency matters, including high-value, complex disputes from urgent interim relief applications to trial. Drawing on the strength of our global team across multiple international jurisdictions, we have a winning track record and provide seamless cross-border client service.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide accurate and focused legal advice to clients on commercial litigation and insolvency matters
• Take and record clear instructions and conduct thorough legal research
• Draft legal documents, correspondence, and reports in clear, plain language
• Identify and escalate contentious matters as appropriate
• Contribute to business development activities and networking initiatives
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues across practice areas and jurisdictions

What You’ll Bring
• Minimum three (3) years’ post-qualification experience at a major onshore or offshore law firm in dispute resolution
• Strong research, drafting, and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage competing deadlines
• Ability to work effectively within a team and build client relationships
• A proactive, positive approach with a commitment to excellent client service
• Proficiency in standard office IT applications

Salary: US$160,000 – US$210,000 per annum. We also offer a competitive benefits package including premium health insurance, annual leave, pension and life assurance.
