Sales, promotional advertising (social media included)
Daily, Weekly, Monthly Sales reports,
Occupancy lists
Organizes activities purchased ( time & place )
Make the list of attendance and absences from the sales department
Elaborate Monthly commissions for reps
Distribuiting brochures
Assisting different areas as required
Sales Projections and implementing marketing promotions
Handling different media for advertising
Sales to the customers
Administration work
Control of the schedules of targets and goals
Assisting guests comments/complaints/feedback and helping with solutions

Must acquire knowledge to perform:
Procedures and rules governing reservations, cancellations, schedules
Knowledge of the Companys Reservations System
Reception & check-in of guests, wristband handling, provide information
Guest list verification, Travel agency coupons, Issue reservation reports
Blocking the system in advance for cruise ship allowances
Gets Occupancy list for the day
Cash inputs, controls the cash, balance daily sales reports
Make the list of attendance and absences from the Reservations department
Make reservations and sales trough the phone.
Phone attendance for general information
Attending requests from ecommerce sales dept.
