Sales & Marketing Manager.

Job description
Responsibilities:
• Manage sales including sales staff and suppliers.
• Create and manage customer pipelines, over viewing customer service to increase sales.
• Manage and implement ongoing sales training, including introducing new product lines and performance reviews.
• Plan work schedules and manage tasks to improve customer service and achieve sales objectives.
• Plan and implement strategies to promote the business and attract customers.
• Manage clients and oversee site visits, including face to face client meetings.
• Proven ability to quantify and quote building materials including working from drawings.
• Exceptional focus on customer delivery and a positive influence at all times.
• Manage sales and stock levels, making key decisions on stock control.
• Manage and uphold standards for quality and exemplary customer service.
• Report to director.
Characteristics:
• Must show fluency with CAD design and implementation, including producing full CAD drawings.
• Proven track record of success in managing commission-based sales consistently exceeding targets.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the public.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to perform under pressure in a demanding environment.
• Required to work minimum 45 hour week including regular Saturdays, evenings and public holidays as required.
