Sales Representative - KJR Group.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
Provide accurate information on product descriptions, usage, availability, and pricing
Cross-sell products and inform customers about promotions, discounts, and special offers
Ensure shelves/racks are fully stocked, properly arranged, and clearly labeled
Handle sales transactions, including returns, and exchanges
Balance cash registers and reconcile receipts at the end of shifts
Manage inventory, monitor stock levels, and submit monthly inventory reports
Ensure the store is clean, safe, functional, and presentable at all times
Attach and update price tags on merchandise as required
Optimize sales through excellent customer service and product knowledge
Dispose of empty cartons and maintain a clean, organized storage and sales area
Stay up to date with new products and assist in setting up displays
Assist with delivering orders to customers when required
Provide customer feedback to supervisors/managers
Report discrepancies in stock, inventory, cash handling, or operations to management
Work collaboratively as part of a team and follow instructions from supervisors/managers.

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in retail or grocery environment
Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds
Basic POS system knowledge and good typing skills
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Good command of English (verbal and written)
Willingness to work flexible shifts between 5:00 AM and 11:00 PM, including 24/7 operations where applicable
Willingness to work at any store location as required
Availability to work any day of the week, including weekends and public holidays, with one scheduled day off

Working Conditions & Compensation:
Working Hours: 40 to 42 hours per week
Salary: CI $1,525 – CI $1,600 per month (based on experience)
Work Locations: East End, George Town, West Bay
