General Store Helper.

Black Friday Outlet is a high-volume, fast-paced discount retail store. We are seeking a reliable, hardworking General Store Helper to support daily store operations. This is a physically demanding, hands-on position requiring stamina, attention to detail, flexibility, and the ability to work efficiently in a busy retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily store setup and cleanup.
• Clean, organize, and maintain the sales floor, bins, shelves, and storage areas.

• Price and label merchandise accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with offloading shipping containers and safely moving merchandise.
• Lift, carry, sort, stock, organize, and rotate merchandise.
• Continuously replenish merchandise on the sales floor as required.
• Provide friendly assistance to customers and answer basic product questions.
• Help maintain order and efficient customer flow during peak shopping periods.
• Follow store policies, pricing procedures, and operational requirements.
• Perform other reasonable general store duties as required for the smooth operation of the business.

Work Schedule Requirements
• Full-time position.
• 6 days per week.
• Must be available to work weekends and public holidays when required.
• Must be flexible with working hours depending on store requirements, deliveries, and shipment schedules.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and physically demanding retail environment.
• Physically capable of regularly lifting, carrying, bending, reaching, walking, and standing for extended periods.
• Must be willing and able to assist with unloading shipping containers.
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
