Junior Caterpillar Parts, Sales and Service Representative.

We are in need of a Specialized Caterpillar Parts Sales and Service Representative to work in the field and in our retail shop. Focus sales efforts on existing or potential customers, manage the sale throughout the whole process and track orders. Provide superior customer support, maintain good customer relations and call on existing or potential customers. Monitor competitors in the market in order to gather current marketplace information, pricing, delivery schedules, techniques and make recommendations.

The candidate must be able to manage their time and submit weekly reports, activity, plans, and results. Having knowledge of CRM software would be an advantage. Should have a minimum of 2-3 years related work experience in Caterpillar Sales and Customer Relations. Should possess good negotiation skills, knowledge of the products and services offered and be able to communicate them clearly. The candidate should hold a clean Group 2 Cayman Islands Driver's License and be willing and able to drive to customer's sites daily while complying with company's and customer's sites safety rules and regulations.
