Sales Associate – Watches and Jewelry.

Kirk Freeport is looking for experienced watch and jewelry sales associates to join our company. We are looking to attract candidates who are sales-driven and understand luxury clientele. Kirk Freeport specializes in luxury brand jewelry, watches and accessories.

Duties and Key Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Advise customers, knowledgeably, on luxury jewelry and watch brands/products. Be confident in explaining the product features, benefits and advantages.
• Demonstrate and communicate expert product knowledge.
• Closing sales, upselling and cross selling products.
• Ability to work under pressure to meet & exceed challenging but rewarding sales targets.
• Ability to clientele in a commission driven environment.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently by operating the POS system.
• Handle customer inquiries, returns, and concerns in a professional manner.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and store cleanliness by keeping the merchandise and displays clean, neat and tidy.
• Assist in daily inventory set-up, breakdown and counting,
• Handle luxury items with precision and professionalism.
• Assist with ad hoc events.
• Attend training courses, brand and company training.

Qualifications:
• Previous luxury retail or luxury sales experience is preferred. Minimum of 3-4 years is preferred.
• GIA Accredited Jewelry qualification or related qualification would be an advantage.
• Must be a High School graduate. Tertiary qualifications would be an advantage.
• Professional appearance with high levels or integrity and esteemed work ethic.
• Outgoing, confident and sales driven.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a customer-focused environment.
• Be dependable with the ability and willingness to work weekends, bank holidays and holiday season.
• Trustworthy, honest and a team player.
