Sales Associate.

Reliable Industries is seeking an energetic, confident and results-driven Sales Associate to grow our commercial cleaning business.
The primary focus of this position is new business development.
Key Responsibilities
• Prospect and identify businesses commercial cleaning.
• Make sales calls, send emails, visit businesses and attend networking events.
• Identify and communicate with key decision-makers.
• Arrange customer meetings and site visits.
• Understand customer needs and gather information required for proposals.
• Present proposals and consistently follow up opportunities until a decision is made.
• Upsell and cross-sell specialty cleaning and additional services.
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline with clear notes and next actions

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident speaking with customers in person and over the phone.
• Strong professional email and written communication.
• Comfortable making outbound sales calls and approaching new businesses.
• Sales-driven with the ability to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Organized, self-motivated and consistent with follow ups
• Good computer and administrative skills.
• Previous experience in sales, business development, customer service or account management is an advantage.
• Commercial cleaning or facilities-service experience is beneficial.
