Registered Nurse.

A private healthcare facility in Grand Cayman is seeking a Registered Nurse to join its multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities & Competencies
• Assess, triage, and treat patients of all ages with professionalism and efficiency.
• Provide clinical examination and treatment support to physicians.
• Plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in line with established protocols.
• Administer medications, IV therapies, wound care, ECGs, phlebotomy, and other nursing procedures.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record system.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, medication safety, and follow-up care.
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients, families, and healthcare staff.
• Demonstrate strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and composure in high-pressure situations.
• Understand and explain health insurance coverage, billing, and coding to patients.
• Work independently as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications (Mandatory)
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) or similar from an accredited program.
• Current registration with the Nursing & Midwifery Council of the Cayman Islands.
• In good standing with both the Cayman Islands Nursing & Midwifery Council and home jurisdiction.
• Strong academic and clinical nursing foundation; suitably qualified recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (ACLS preferred).
• Demonstrated clinical competency in fundamental nursing skills and patient assessment.
• Experience with health screening, including blood pressure, blood glucose and other basic health assessments.
• Experience with CML RIS and PACS
• Experience and proficiency with regenerative infusions.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
