Quality Control Manager.

A Quality Manager ensures projects adhere to contract specifications, building codes, and safety standards. They develop inspection plans, manage subcontractors, conduct site audits, and resolve non-conformance issues to maintain high-quality construction standards from pre-construction through project handover.

Key Responsibilities
*Regularly inspect construction sites, materials, and workmanship to ensure compliance with drawings, specs, and safety regulations.
*Develop and implement Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) and quality control procedures.
*Maintain detailed records of inspections, tests, and compliance documentation.
*Identify, report, and manage corrective actions for any work that does not meet quality standards.
*Supervise the quality performance of subcontractors to ensure consistency.
*Act as the liaison between the project team, clients, and suppliers regarding quality issues.

Required Qualifications & Skills
*Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in the construction industry.
*Understanding of construction materials, techniques, building codes, etc.
*Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

Common Job Requirements
*Proficiency in reporting software and, in some cases, CAD.
*Full-time commitment with occasional, extended hours
