Maintenance Technician - HVAC

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician - HVAC to maintain and repair HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, and facility systems throughout our resort. This role is responsible for performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting equipment issues, and ensuring all systems operate safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment, including cleaning coils, checking refrigerant levels, and inspecting system performance.
Diagnose and repair HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.
Install, maintain, and replace HVAC components and equipment.
Assist with general maintenance and repairs throughout the property.
Follow OSHA safety standards and proper use of PPE.
Provide friendly, professional service when interacting with guests and team members.
Assist in general repairs throughout Resort as necessary including painting, carpentry, plumbing and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Previous HVAC technician or maintenance experience required. Minimum 3 years
Strong knowledge of HVAC, heating, cooling, refrigeration, and plumbing systems.
Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work in confined spaces, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs.Ability to work on roof's and in high areas.
Must be able to work flexible shifts, be oncall, commute to East End.
License required. Must be able to work outdoors.
