PROJECT FINANCIAL CONTROLLER.

Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
• Managing finance and accounting operations
• Coordinating and directing the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances
• Preparing and publishing timely monthly financial statements
• Manage accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL and Counsel, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition
• Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances
• Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements
• Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting
• Research technical accounting issues for compliance
• Support month-end and year-end close process
• Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
• Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings
• Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
REQUIREMENTS:
Master's degree (Bac +5) in Finance
• Minimum 9 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance management
• Proven experience managing large-scale projects in the construction industry (luxury hotels)
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, regulatory requirements, and financial reporting standards
• Expert-level proficiency with SAP (ERP system)
• Expert-level mastery of the complete Cost Control chain in SAP and SAP Business Warehouse (BW)
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (pivot tables, data analysis, advanced formulas)
• Demonstrated expertise in budget development, financial forecasting, and variance analysis
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Fluent English. Speaking French and Turkish is a plus
