Experienced Site Manager / Superintendent

Seeking an experienced Site Manager/Superintendent to oversee residential and commercial construction projects from commencement through completion. The successful candidate must have detailed knowledge of all aspects of construction, strong leadership skills, and the ability to effectively manage multiple site activities while ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee and manage day-to-day construction activities on residential and commercial job sites.
* Supervise, coordinate and direct subcontractors.
* Plan and coordinate daily and weekly construction activities to ensure work progresses according to project schedules.
* Review construction drawings, plans, specifications, and scope of works to ensure projects are executed correctly.
* Coordinate the delivery, storage, and availability of construction materials, tools, equipment, and supplies.
* Monitor labour requirements and allocate resources efficiently to maintain productivity and project schedules.
* Ensure all construction work is completed in accordance with approved plans, specifications, building codes, and applicable regulations.
* Conduct regular inspections of work to ensure quality, workmanship, and compliance with project requirements.
* Identify and resolve construction issues, delays, deficiencies, and site-related problems in a timely manner.
* Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management regarding schedules, labour, materials, costs, and potential issues.
