Project Administrator.

The Project Administrator position includes but is not limited to:
- Coordinating with project manager to review all projects and maintain estimates, invoices, and work orders
- Maintaining track of all project schedules, ensuring compliance to all timeframes, and preparing an effective work schedule in coordination with design engineers
- Maintaining regular visits to construction sites, monitoring the construction quality control programs to ensure effectiveness and adherence to all design and construction regulations for all new buildings
- Documenting all construction activities and evaluating the progress of all projects including monitoring all contractor drawings at various intervals
- Participating in various construction progress meetings and maintaining records for all construction procedures and preparing reports for the same
- Collaborating with design engineers and gathering and evaluating all change orders

The position requires:
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in engineering or a construction-related degree is a plus
- Over 5 years working in the construction industry
- Ability to read plans
- Good time-management skills
- Ability to multitask
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Critical thinker and problem-solver
- Advanced knowledge of Bluebeam Revu and Microsoft Suite
