Operations Officer.

Sergeant Enterprise Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Officer to help oversee the day-to-day coordination of our business activities on a part-time basis. This role is central to keeping our operations organised, efficient, and running smoothly across teams.

Key Responsibilities
● Coordinate daily operational activities and ensure workflows run efficiently
● Support scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation across teams
● Liaise with clients, vendors, and staff to ensure smooth service delivery
● Maintain accurate records, reports, and administrative documentation
● Assist with process improvement and implementation of operational policies
● Monitor budgets, invoices, and expenses in coordination with management
● Assist with marketing efforts – social media, graphic design, media purchasing

Requirements
● 5+ years of Administrative/Operational experience
● Customer Service Experience
● Proficient in Microsoft Office
● Proficient in QuickBooks Online
● Clean Police Clearance
● Clean Driving Record
● Safe, reliable transportation
● Marketing/Sales certifications
● Fluent in spoken and written English
