Mail Boxes Etc. is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our Camana Bay and Harbour Walk locations, with responsibility for operations, business performance, team leadership and service excellence.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee daily operations
- Lead, coach and develop staff
- Manage sales, profitability and operational expenses
- Implement sales and marketing initiatives
- Drive revenue growth, customer retention and business development
- Maintain high service and operational standards
REQUIREMENTS
- Must have 10+ years' Operations and/or Sales leadership experience
- Proven team management and business performance responsibility
- University/College degree, preferably in Business Administration or related field - Strong commercial, leadership and communication skills
- Microsoft Excel and POS/invoicing/reporting systems proficiency
- Spanish an advantage
- Must have valid drivers license & car
- 45 hours per week; Must be willing to work on Saturdays.
SALARY & BENEFITS
CI$3,600 - $4,200 per month + discretionary performance bonus.
3 weeks' annual vacation, health insurance and pension.
