Cayman Paradise Tours is seeking a Deck hand/Mate.
The individual must have experience working on boats and not suffer from seasickness. You will be interacting with our visitors and giving briefings, so you must have knowledge of the Cayman Islands. You will need to make sure the boat is fully equipped and has all the necessities to complete the tours.
Ability to pull and drop the anchor etc
Able to read and write, take instructions, and handle pressure under difficult circumstances.
It is a serious job as we have people's lives are in our hands.
You must get along with people and be a team player.
Be able to handle the Stingrays and know the rules.
Be able to swim.
Have a clean police clearance.
You must be, punctual, speak English, clean and presentable
PCR-Certified, not a must.
You will be working early morning, weekends and all holidays
